Chef Dorjan Belli, is known for his unique concepts, solutions, and ideations as well as his thorough understanding of American and international cuisine and food dynamics. Cornerstone to his education and experience is an integrity and accountability that fosters individual and team success for his clients.

Chef Dorjan is proud to be the Founder & the President of Albanian Cooks’ Federation, as well as a member of the American Culinary Federation. He has a long experience of 30years with national & international companies, including Sheraton Hotel, Aba 5th, Aba 21st awarded “Award of Excellence” by the Wine Spector Magazine in 2017, Ritz Carlton, etc.

Chef Dorjan has always been at the forefront of helping those in need, whether mentoring young chefs or providing internships / jobs to those beginning their culinary careers. He has also been instrumental in Albania in fostering recognition and providing assistance in the organization and implementation of various youth assisting programs.
